LBM refers to everything directly and indirectly connected to the lower back: hamstrings, pelvis, hip flexors and extensors, ankle, etc.
Here, you will find tools, positions, and techniques that will help you “move through the matrix.”

Chemical Methodologies

Mechanical Methodologies

The Paracelzo School of Movement is a unique way of helping your body move better, feel stronger, and work the way it’s meant to.
It’s based on years of experience with people who live with pain, stiffness, or weakness – and it teaches your body to move again, naturally and with less effort.

This method focuses on:

  • freeing up stiff joints (especially hips and spine),

  • waking up weak or sleepy muscles,
